Clam Dip - 1962
Quick and easy Clam Dip is zesty without the clam being overpowering. Pair with you favorite fresh veggies or crackers for dipping.
Ingredients
- 1 cups Cream Cheese
- 10.5 oz can Chopped Clams (*Drain, saving 2 Tbs liquid)
- ⅛ cup Grated Onion
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Celery Salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth.
- Cover and chill 30 minutes (minimum, longer - even overnight is ok) before serving.
- Serve chilled.
SUGGESTIONS
+ Pair with fresh veggies, mini rye toast, and other
+ Add a little heat with a dash of hot sauce or a pinch of chili flakes
+ Substitutes onions with 2-3 Tbs. finely chopped fresh chives
