“Pies Men Like” is a delightful collection of some of the most icon pie recipes of Mid-century America. It also includes recipes for pie crusts, pie tips, and even apple recommendations for a perfect apple pie. Published by the “Personnel and Employe [sic] Relations Staff for General Motors Men and Women” it is itself a little slice of Americana.
