Chunky and sweet Cranberry Orange Relish pairs well with roast pork or turkey. It is also delicious on warm rolls. Freeze for gifts or enjoy yourself.
Ingredients
- 4 cups Fresh Cranberries
- 1 Orange (whole) (washed)
- 1½ cup Sugar
- ⅙ Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
- Place cranberries and orange quarters in a food processor or other bladed food chopper. Pulse until evenly chopped. Texture should be chunky, not liquefied.
- Stir in sugar and cinnamon. Pour into a bowl or serving dish.
- Cover and refrigerate a minimum of 2 hours or over night (best). Serve chilled or warm.
