Chunky and sweet Cranberry Orange Relish pairs well with roast pork or turkey. It is also delicious on warm rolls. Freeze for gifts or enjoy yourself.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 Orange (whole) (washed)
  • cup Sugar
  • Ground Cinnamon

Instructions 

  • Place cranberries and orange quarters in a food processor or other bladed food chopper. Pulse until evenly chopped. Texture should be chunky, not liquefied.
  • Stir in sugar and cinnamon. Pour into a bowl or serving dish.
  • Cover and refrigerate a minimum of 2 hours or over night (best). Serve chilled or warm.
